1 YEAR WARRANTY AGREEMENT

This agreement dated above is between Challenger Transport Co. Ltd and ...................... covering warranty on the above captioned vehicle.
The warranty is bumper to bumper coverage but is limited to Manufacturers defects.
Normal wear and tear does not constitute a warranty claim/performance.
The first service on this vehicle will be at the expense of the dealer limited to oil and filter change only.
The maintenance of this vehicle is every 3,000 miles or 5000kms during the 1 year warranty period.
Failure to adhere to such schedule maintenance will constitute in a breach of this warranty agreement.
Free Parts
The manufacurer provides the distributor with free parts to perform maintenance during the period of the warranty for a value of US$300.00/truck listed below:
4 Air filter $60
4 fuel filters $40
4 Engine oil filter $50
1 Front brake lining $70
1 Rear brake lining $80
The cost of shipping, customs duties and other taxes are not included in prices shown.
After the first service which is free, all oils, lubricants, labour charges will be charged to the owner. All performances outside of the warranty as a result of ware & tear are at the owner’s expense.
The maintenance performance must be conducted by our technicians every 3000 miles/5000km during the period of the warranty.
The owner is responsible to advise us by email to schedule an appointment for maintaince when its due during the warranty period.
3 Months/8000km - All kinds of relays, fuse, tires, all kinds of belts, filters, clutch disc, brake lining, wiper, blade, light bulbs, all kinds of alarms.
12 Months/30,000km-various types of oil seals/o rings, all kinds of switches, all kinds of rubber. strips/pads, various types of sensors, whole vehicle valves and glasses, air conditioning system components, wiper assy (except blade), gear selection cable, turbo chargers, shock absorbers, electronic clock, tachograph, liquid and gas heaters, air dryers, injectors, alternator, starter, audio and video systems, washing motor, the combination instrument, battery, cigarette lighter, gas lifts seat, cab interior and exterior trim.
12 months/ 100,000km- other parts except 1 & 2 above.
NOTE: WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NEGLIGENCE OR MISUSE BY THE OPERATOR/OPERATOTS OF THE TRUCK.
